Today in PE class we started Ultimate Frisbee. The students are first matering throwing and catching first. Then we will start playing the game once everyone is proficient at throwing and catching. I've attached videos for those that are not familiar with this sport!

Just a reminder to all students to turn in any homework that was assinged as soon as possible. Last week the muscle word search was assigned and the weightlifting worksheet. Also, policy sheets will still be worth points if turned in. Hope everyone had a fun weekend!
